In order to elevate their existing relationship, Giftcloud collaborated with Sky to aim to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Leveraging its expertise in digital gift card rewards, Giftcloud looked to provide a more seamless and immersive experience for Sky customers looking to benefit from reward offers.

Results
Optimised campaigns boosted sign-ups and new acquisition across Sky verticals, most notably Sky Stream. New-look data capture pages as well as improvements to the user journey reduced customer care interactions by 45%. Increased gift card usage and record Black Friday acquisitions continued to highlight the impact of strategic rewards leading to an increase in the number of Sky customers being sent rewards by 199% (Between H1 2023 & H1 2024).
